Refund Policy

Refund Request Policy:

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a refund for an e-course.

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] within this 24-hour window.

⚠️ Refund requests sent via WhatsApp will NOT be accepted.
Due to a high volume of messages on WhatsApp, there is a risk of missing refund requests. To ensure proper tracking and timely processing, email is the only accepted mode for refund requests.

Once your refund request is verified and approved, the refund amount will be credited within 5 to 7 working days.

Please note:

  • Refund requests after 24 hours of purchase will not be accepted.

  • GST and Internet Handling Charges mentioned in the invoice are strictly non-refundable in all cases.

Number Change & Course Transfer Policy:

If you purchase the same course twice using the same account, you may request a number change within 7 days of purchase.

After 7 days, number change requests will not be accepted.

Important notes:

  • For a single course purchase, number change or course transfer requests are not allowed.

  • Course access is non-transferable once activated.
