Refund Policy

Refund Request Policy:

You have 24 hours to request a refund for an e-course after purchase. To request a refund, please email to [email protected] within this time. Once your request is valid, we will credit your refund within 5 to 7 working days.

Please note that we cannot accept refund requests after 24 hours.

Number Change and Course Transfer Policy:

If you buy the same course twice using the same account, you have 7 days to request a number change. After that, requests will not be accepted. For one course purchase, we cannot accept number change or transfer requests.
